Welcome to Classpedia. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Classpedia website, platform, services, content, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Classpedia, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.
To access most features and services on Classpedia, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please ensure your password is kept secure at all times.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account, including a valid email address. You may not share your account credentials with any other person or use another user’s account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
You are fully responsible for any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without permission, or if you become aware of any security breach, you must notify Classpedia immediately by contacting our Support Team. We may request additional information to verify your identity before taking action.
To create an account on Classpedia, you must have reached the legal age of consent for using online services in your country. In all cases, users must be at least 18 years old to independently register and use Classpedia’s services. If you are below 18 but above the legal age of online consent in your country, you may not create an account on your own. In such cases, a parent or legal guardian may create and manage an account on your behalf, where permitted by law. Certain services, including professional certifications, corporate training programs, and paid features, may be restricted to users aged 18 or older.
If you are below the legal age of consent for online services in your jurisdiction, you may not create an account or use Classpedia under any circumstances. Accounts found to be in violation of age requirements may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Classpedia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if we determine that account information is inaccurate, credentials have been shared, or these Terms have been violated. In the event of a user’s death, the associated account will be permanently closed.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process available on the platform. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled upon account termination.
When you access learning content on Classpedia—whether through a subscription plan, certification program, or corporate training—you are granted a limited license to view and use the content solely through the Classpedia platform. All content provided on Classpedia is licensed, not sold, and remains the exclusive property of Classpedia or its authorized content partners.
Access to content on Classpedia is provided based on the subscription plan or program type you have selected, including but not limited to the Explorer Plan, Builder Plan, Professional Plan, and Career Path Plan. Content availability, download permissions, assessments, and certification eligibility may vary by plan.
Your access to learning materials is valid only for the duration of your active subscription or the specific access period defined for a program, unless otherwise stated. Classpedia does not guarantee lifetime access to content made available through subscription plans.
Classpedia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable license to access and view content for your personal educational use only, subject to these Terms. You may not:
Any unauthorized use of content may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Classpedia does not operate as a marketplace where individual instructors sell or license their courses directly to users. All content made available on the platform is distributed by Classpedia under its own licensing framework. No individual, trainer, or third party is authorized to grant you access or usage rights to Classpedia content outside the platform.
Any attempt to obtain content through external means or claim rights granted outside Classpedia shall be considered invalid and a violation of these Terms.
Classpedia reserves the right to update, modify, restrict, or remove access to any content at any time, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Such changes do not entitle users to refunds, credits, or continued access beyond the applicable subscription period.
Access to certifications, transcripts, assessments, AI-assisted features, and add-on services is governed by the specific terms of your plan or program. Completion certificates and credentials are issued subject to successful fulfillment of assessment requirements and compliance with platform rules.
Access to certification-related services does not extend beyond what is explicitly included in your subscription or purchase.
Classpedia provides access to its learning content through paid subscription plans, including the Explorer Plan, Builder Plan, Professional Plan, and Career Path Plan. Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
Subscription features, pricing, and included benefits vary by plan and are clearly displayed at the time of purchase. All subscription benefits apply only during an active subscription period. Access to learning content, AI tools, dashboards, and other subscription-based features will end once the subscription expires or is cancelled, unless otherwise stated.
Some subscription plans may include certificate entitlements, while others allow learners to obtain certificates through separate, one-time certificate fees. Certificate availability and limits are defined by the selected plan.
Classpedia reserves the right to update subscription pricing, features, or plan structures at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect the current billing period of an active subscription.
Classpedia also offers a pay-per-certificate option for learners who do not wish to subscribe but want to earn a specific certificate. Certificate fees are one-time payments and are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Pay-per-certificate access applies only to the issuance of the certificate and does not provide ongoing access to subscription-based learning content or features. Certificate fees are separate from subscription fees and are governed by the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
Prices displayed on Classpedia are shown in the currency applicable to your location at the time of purchase and may vary by region due to local taxes, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements.
Where required by law, Classpedia will collect and remit applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or similar charges. Taxes may be included in the displayed price or added at checkout, depending on your location.
Classpedia may offer promotions, discounts, or special pricing for a limited time. The final amount charged will always be the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
All payments on Classpedia are processed securely through third-party payment service providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize Classpedia to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.
You agree to use a valid and authorized payment method. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed after access has been granted, Classpedia reserves the right to suspend or restrict access until the outstanding amount is resolved.
Classpedia does not store full payment card details. Payment processing and data handling are governed by the policies of our payment partners and our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
If you cancel, you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and no partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time or early cancellation.
Classpedia operates primarily on a subscription-based learning model, supplemented by one-time certificate fees. Accordingly:
Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as when access to purchased content or certification is permanently disabled due to legal or policy reasons, or where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Classpedia reserves the right to deny refunds or credits in cases of misuse, excessive cancellation behavior, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Classpedia may offer promotional discounts, credits, or special offers from time to time. Such promotions:
Unused promotional credits may expire and are not refundable.
Corporate and team subscriptions may be governed by separate pricing agreements, invoices, or contractual terms. Payment schedules, seat allocations, and refund terms for corporate clients may differ from individual subscriptions and will be outlined in the applicable agreement.
Classpedia issues certificates and credentials upon the successful completion of the applicable learning requirements, which may include assessments, quizzes, projects, or final evaluations, depending on the program or certificate type.
Some certificates are included as part of specific subscription plans, while others may require a separate, one-time certificate fee under Classpedia’s pay-per-certificate option. Certificate eligibility, limits, and requirements are clearly outlined at the time of enrollment or purchase.
All certificates, transcripts, and skill credentials are issued in digital format. Classpedia does not provide printed certificates unless explicitly stated.
Classpedia reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or revoke certificates or credentials if it determines that they were obtained through fraud, misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or any breach of assessment integrity.
Certificates, transcripts, and skill badges issued by Classpedia are intended to demonstrate learning achievement only and do not guarantee employment, job placement, promotion, or any specific career outcome.
You may use Classpedia only for lawful, educational purposes. You are responsible for your conduct on the platform and for any content you submit, including reviews, discussion posts, assessment responses, feedback, or interactions with Classpedia features.

You must not engage in any behavior that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, or disruptive to the learning environment.
You may not:
Any misuse of assessments, certifications, or learning features may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Classpedia allows users to participate in discussions, submit assessments, complete quizzes, and leave reviews related to learning content.
All submissions must be your own work and must not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights. Classpedia reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or disable any content that violates these Terms or disrupts the learning experience.
All learning materials, including videos, text, PDFs, assessments, and certificates, are the intellectual property of Classpedia or its authorized partners.
If you believe that content on Classpedia infringes your intellectual property rights, you may notify us by contacting our Support Team with sufficient information to review your claim. Valid infringement notices will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Classpedia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform if:
Account termination may result in loss of access to content, certificates, or services. Classpedia shall not be liable for any loss resulting from enforcement actions taken in accordance with these Terms.
Upon suspension or termination, your access to Classpedia services may be immediately restricted. Any content, assessments, or credentials associated with your account may be removed or invalidated. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations or legal responsibilities.
Classpedia may allow users to submit limited content on the platform, such as reviews, discussion comments, assessment responses, feedback, or suggestions. You retain ownership of any original content you submit.
By submitting content to Classpedia, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, and publish such content for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Classpedia platform and services, in any media now known or later developed.
This includes the right to display your submitted content within the platform, use it in aggregated or anonymized form, and reference it in promotional or informational materials. You agree that no compensation is due to you for such use.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you provide to Classpedia regarding features, improvements, or services are voluntary. Classpedia may use such feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
Classpedia provides learning content, tools, and certifications for educational purposes only. While we strive to maintain high-quality and accurate content, Classpedia does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any content for a particular purpose.
